URGENT does not even begin to describe the situation that theses children are in. Each and every single child on this page is going to age out of the ability to be adopted....that is unless
YOU step up and do something about it .As of now the are all in ADULT MENTAL INSTITUTIONS. That is no place for any 15 year old child to be. Reece's Rainbow has been so blessed to recently recieve the files of lots of older kids, several who are still 15 and so dearly clinging on to hope that they will be adopted. Due to their age families need to have their homestudy approved before they make an official committment.We truely are their last chance at a family.So here it goes.
Stefan has a twinkle in his eye that says I will bring more joy to your life than you ever imagined possible.He was born In September of 1996 and has more than likely spent a good deal of his life in a mental institution.Though he is in such a wretched place he has seemed to be able to keep his beautiful spirit and is described as being active.
Blue eyed babydoll is how I would describe Jared. He was born in October 1996 and is described as having the nature of the fun, NOT relaxing. I assume he would do wonderful in a house with siblings.
Trina born in October of 1996, she looks to of had a very sad life. It is time that she gets to enjoys the green grass on the other side.

Look at thoses EYES. She is goregous. She is the very next child to turn 16 on Reece's Rainbow.Out of all of the kids listed her need is the most urgent. She ages out of her foster system this JUNE.She needs a paper ready family fast.
Miss Laurel carries a beautiful smile despite all of the love she has lacked in her life.She has so many people advocating for her. Trying so desperately to help her find a family. She has a grant of $9,907 from her RR fund and an additional $3,000 grant. All together she has
$12,907 towards her adoption. A team that met her said that she is very smart and friendly and that she WANTS A FAMILY TO CALL HER OWN.
Karen was born January 12,1996. Even though she is just a few months past the age of 16 she can still be adopted because she has a younger sister . She and her sister Chrystyna are in seperate orphanages but both are in the same region. For Karen to be adopted she MUST be adopted with her sister. She is healthy and smart and has no diagnosed special needs. She goes to school and has no negative behavioral issues. She is just a teen in need of a loving family!
